BFES Friday Newsletters: I am going to do the very best I can to send the BFES School Newsletter out at 2pm every Friday via text and email.
Welcome Back Ice Cream Social: Thank you to our amazing PTO for hosting this amazing event in the BFES courtyard! I hope our BFES families and staff were able to relax and enjoy the company of others while savoring their refreshing ice cream on a hot day!
Lost and Found: Our lost and found is in the custodial hallway outside of our cafeteria. Please help us by labeling items such as water bottles, sweatshirts, and lunch bags. If they are labeled, we will get them returned to the students as soon as we can.
We completed our lockdown drill, severe weather drill, and evacuation drills this week. These were announced to students and staff beforehand. The rest of these drills will not be announced. I will aways reach out to parents if there is a situation you need to know about.
Parent Lunches: You may begin coming in to have lunch with your child on August 19th. Just remember to greet your child and take them to the stage with you for lunch. Do not join your child’s class at their table or invite other children to the stage. Keep it a family experience. Please say goodbye in the cafeteria as we do not allow parents back to the classrooms after lunch.

STEM Lab Fundraiser

Our students (and teachers!) love going to STEM lab once a month. This Science Technology Engineering and Math program is unique to BFES and works in tandem with the curriculum your children are learning in class.

Be Bobby the Bobcat Signup is LIVE!

Is your 5th grader interested in Being Bobby the Bobcat? Monday and Friday timeslots are available now through the end of the year. You and your student will report to the front office at 7am on your selected date, get Bobcat ready and then greet carpool riders entering the front of the building. This is a fun experience for our Bobcat 5th Graders!

Our first spirit night of the year will be a fan favorite! Our Moe's pick up family meal kits have been such a hit that we are bringing it back ASAP!

Bobcat Dads & Moms

Bobcat Dads & Moms is a fun tradition at BFES when Dads & Moms volunteer their time during morning carpool to give our BFES staff a break! Bobcat Dads operates on Friday mornings and Bobcat Moms takes Mondays.

Bobcat Dads started up this morning and Bobcat Moms will start this coming Monday! If you would like to volunteer for either of these traditions, please email the contacts below:
