Goodbye, BFES Families!

• Dear Birmingham Falls Family, It has truly been an honor and privilege to work with this community for the past 9 years. I have loved getting to know you and your children and seeing their growth. As I move on to new adventures as the Principal of Summit Hill, I carry with me the lessons and memories from this incredible school. I have learned and grown immensely during my time here and I am grateful for the opportunities to serve and contribute. The friendships and connections I have made will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you once again for the incredible journey!
• Blast Off to Book Fair is March 17-21! Teachers will let you know when your child will shop the Fair with their class. Visit the BFES Fair Website for details, to shop online or set up your child's ewallet. Gifting books to teachers is easier than ever! Instead of gift certificates, add funds directly to teacher eWallets to allow them to build their classroom library from the Fair as well as Scholastic’s entire online catalog! We can’t wait to see everyone and thank you for your support! The Book Fair will be open from 2:30 – 4:30 on the afternoon of May 18th. The Donut NV Food Truck will be at the front of the school with mini donuts, lemonade and hot cocoa.
• Birmingham Falls has been awarded the Ready Georgia Seal of Preparedness for the 2024-2025 school year. The Georgia Department of Education, The Georgia Emergency Management, and Homeland Security Agency recognized our school for meeting the requirements for achieving the school safety best practices.
• Yearbooks! Yearbooks are $40.  You can order right HERE. The deadline to order yearbooks is Monday, March 31st . The yearbook is being created as we speak! Upload your BFES pictures now to make sure your bobcats have a chance to be featured! The password for ALL albums is Bobcats24! SEE BELOW IN PTO SECTION FOR LINKS!

• March 15th – Glam Hawaiian Father Daughter Dance at BFES (6:00pm-8:00pm).
• March 17th - 21st - Spring Bookfair
  • March 19th - 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade Grandparent Lunches 
  • March 20th - Kindergarten, 1st and 4th grade Grandparent Lunches
• March 28th – PTO Meeting in the cafeteria (9:30am-10:30am)
• April 7th – 11th – No School – Spring Break
• May 1-8th - Georgia Milestones testing for grades 3-5
• May 22nd – Last Day of School
